Arizona's Historic Property Tax Reclassification Program offers up to a 45% reduction in the state property tax assessment. Discover if your property is eligible, steps to apply and benefits of the program.

To qualify, properties must be listed on the National Register of Historic Places either individually or as a contributor to a historic district.
